Ketch is Jean-Marie Massaud's outdoor family for Poliform, listed in 2023: a sofa, an armchair, a sunbed and coffee tables on solid iroko frames. The back is stretched between two uprights the way a sail is stretched between masts, and the name says as much.

Westside is a modular system: upholstered modules that stand side by side in whatever configuration a room needs, with three coffee tables drawn to go with them. In 2023 Jean-Marie Massaud added Westside Soft, the same system with feather padding.
A modular seating systemStart with depth. Poliform publishes seat depth separately from overall depth, and the difference is what decides whether a sofa is for sitting upright or for lying back with a book. A deep seat needs a back cushion that holds you, which is why the deeper families carry extra bolsters rather than a taller back.
Then the base. Some families lift the frame on thin metal feet, which keeps a long sofa from reading as a wall; others sit almost on the floor and make the room feel lower and wider. Neither is better, but the choice changes how much floor you see, and in a small room that is most of the effect.
Then the cover. Fabric and leather come in grades, and the grade moves the price more than the size does. A three seat sofa in an entry grade fabric and the same sofa in a top grade leather are not the same purchase, and we quote both if you ask.
Modules last. Once the shape is settled, the module list follows from it: a chaise, a corner, an ottoman. This is the part people change most often between the first quote and the order, and it costs nothing to change it on paper.
