Scaling a chair up is harder than it sounds: enlarge every dimension and the piece looks inflated. Jane Large keeps the proportions of the original while gaining volume, which is why it reads as the same chair rather than a bigger one. Put them in the same room and they belong together.

Jane Lounge is the reading version, with a back high enough to support the head. It is the chair to put beside a window with a lamp, and the one that stays occupied all evening. In a room that already has a sofa, this is usually the more useful second seat.

The bench shares the family's slim structure on metal or wooden feet with a padded seat on top. It goes at the foot of a bed, in a hallway, or against the wall of a dining room where chairs would be too much furniture, and it is one of the cheapest ways into the family.

Leathers here include soft touch finishes, and one variant carries a grosgrain edge, a woven ribbon trim along the seam. It is a small detail that changes the chair from quiet to tailored, and it is worth asking to see it before deciding.
