Privacy
Short version: we keep what you send us so we can answer it, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
The request form asks for a name and an email address, and optionally a phone number, a city or ZIP code, a collection and a message. Nothing else on this site asks for personal data.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a script is sending it. Turnstile sees technical signals from your browser and returns a yes or no; it does not read the contents of the form.
Why we keep it
To answer your request and to price the furniture you asked about. That is the only purpose. If the conversation turns into an order, the same details become part of the order record.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a newsletter because you asked for a price.
Who else sees it
The message is delivered by Resend, our email provider, and lands in our inbox. The site itself runs on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs.
If an order goes ahead, the shipping details travel to the factory and to the carrier, because furniture cannot be delivered without an address.
How long
Quote requests that do not become orders are kept for two years, so we can pick up a conversation that stalls, and then deleted. Order records are kept as long as tax and warranty rules require.
Analytics
When analytics are in place on this site they are configured without advertising features and without selling data. Nothing on this site uses your data to follow you to other websites.
Your requests
Write to info@poliform-furniture.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern time, and we do the work within thirty days.
Changes
If this page changes, the new version appears here. We do not notify people of changes by email, because we are not going to email you about a page you read once.
