One system, two rooms

The point of a system like this is that the wall is composed from a small vocabulary: open shelves, closed doors, drawers, and the gaps between them. Two houses can order Code and end up with walls that share no single element, which is the opposite of buying a sideboard.

In the living room it usually absorbs the things a room accumulates: the television, the books, the cables, the objects that have nowhere else. The closed elements are what make this work, and the ratio of closed to open is the decision that ages best. Too open and the wall becomes a display of your storage problems.

The same system extends to the bedroom, where the elements become bedside units and low chests. Running one language through both rooms is the reason people choose a system over separate pieces, and it costs nothing extra to do, since the parts are the same.

The sideboards are the standalone version of the idea, in several configurations, for a dining room or a hall where a full wall is too much. The bench picks up the same lines at seat height, which is useful in an entrance.

Two houses can order the same system and share no single element.
